Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.
Title to Products
Purchases of product through SmartCard America are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to address, and SmartCard America is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Shipping Timing
Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing SmartCard America to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.

Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions of sale contained herein apply to the quotations created by SmartCard America USA (“Seller”) for the buyer. The exclusive binding agreement between the buyer and seller regarding the products (“Products”) Purchase Order will confirm once the buyer confirms the Quotation and we will create an invoice. The buyer's orders will be confirmed after the payment of the invoice. If the credit card, the debit card used on this transaction, the processing charge 3.5% will be added to the invoice. (Bank EFT, Free of Charge). For Overseas Sales, the buyer country’s duties and tax must be paid by the buyer. Ex-works SmartCard America, Sugar Land, Texas with an availability of 5-8 weeks from receiving their PO and full-payment. If the shipping company delays the Shipment, the seller is not liable for any third-party act. All products are tested in the factory and pass the quality test before the Shipment. NO REFUND or NO RETURN. All Sales are Final.
